What happens on the call

• What your well is, depth, age, pump, whether it's shared
• What the water does, smell, stains, scale, taste, anything that changed
• Your house, size, baths, how many people, what's already installed
• What you're actually trying to solve, a nuisance, an inspection deadline, a new baby, a failed test, or just wanting to know

Then we tell you what we think, including if we think you don't need us.

What happens after

If a certified lab test makes sense, we'll explain the Water Assessment, a paid certified panel, credited in full toward a system if you go ahead, and yours to keep either way.

If it doesn't make sense, we'll say so and you'll be off the phone in fifteen minutes.
